The Digital Team
The Digital Team is a fundamental working group for school innovation, foreseen by the National Digital School Plan (PNSD).
The Digital Animator​
The Digital Animator is a teacher who, together with the Headmaster and the Director of General and Administrative Services, has the task of coordinating the diffusion of digital innovation at school and the activities of the PNSD.
Their main functions are:
- Internal training: stimulating digital training in the school community.
- Involvement of the school community: encouraging the participation of students, families, and other local actors for the realization of a shared digital culture.
- Creation of innovative solutions: identifying sustainable methodological and technological solutions to be spread within the school environments.
The Innovation Team​
The Digital Innovation Team consists of teachers who support the Digital Animator and accompany educational innovation in the school. The team works to:
- Support teachers in the use of new technologies.
- Experiment with new teaching methodologies.
- Take care of the documentation and dissemination of good practices.
